Due to the special nature of our products, each order is handmade to order upon purchase. Furthermore, each piece is inspected and approved by the Dublin Assays Office to guarantee your gold and silver quality.

SHIPPING TIMES

US / Canadian and EU orders are generally received within 15 business days or less. However, we ask that you allow up to 20 business days for delivery as events beyond our control can prolong delivery times. For platinum orders please allow an additional five business days for delivery.

International Orders ( European Union & Rest of World) should allow an additional five days to standard shipping times as outlined above.

RUSH SHIPPING

While we do not offer rush shipping as a standard delivery option on our site - this service is dependant on the item of jewelry and our designers' schedules - we can *usually* work with our designers if you DO need your jewelry by a specific date.

Please don't hesitate to Contact Us if you do have a rush shipping request. If the service IS available, we will only charge you the additional costs that we are charged ourselves. We are always here to help. Please ask!

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping – US & Canada.

Shipping and handling is FREE for shipments within the US and Canada. All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS Secure Mail and insured to your door.

Shipping – Ireland, UK & EU.

Shipping and handling is FREE to Ireland and anywhere within the UK. All packages are shipped via An Post (Ireland’s National Postal Service) Secure Mail or FedEx and insured to your door.

Shipping – International (European Union & Rest of World).

Shipping and handling is charged at US$14.95 to anywhere within the European Union. All other Non US / Canada / EU countries are charged at a rate of US19.95. All packages are shipped via An Post (Ireland’s National Postal Service) Secure Mail or FedEx and are insured to your door.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order is placed

When your order is shipped we will send you a notification email and tracking number so you can track your package.

While we do all that we can to insure prompt delivery, events beyond our control can prolong delivery times. With this in mind, on rare occasions our delivery times may extend beyond the delivery times above.

Multiple item orders will be shipped together once all items are manufactured and ready for shipment. If a one-week delivery item and a four-week delivery item are ordered together, both items will be shipped within the four-week delivery schedule. If customers would prefer for the items to be shipped separately, they should specify their requirements at the checkout stage of the order process.

Tracking your order

Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Number that can be used at any time to check processing status. Have your Order Number and the email address used at the time of purchase ready to avail of our Track My Order service on our website.

If you are a Registered Customer, then you can check the status of your order, and view history of all previous orders, at any time via our website. Simply Sign In and follow links to your ORDER/BILLING HISTORY on "(Your Name)'s Celtic Promise".

All shoppers, including Guest Customers, will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once their order has been shipped. This email will detail the shipping service used as well as shipping confirmation number. You can use this information to use our Track My Order service and monitor shipping progress.
