We want you to love your purchases as much as we did when we first selected the design to feature on our site. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible - so that we can assist and rectify any issues. If our customers are happy, we are happy.

RETURNS POLICY

What is your Returns Policy?

Customers can return any unchanged and unaltered fine jewelry item in its original condition for a refund through our simple, hassle-free return process.

Simply email us at returns@CelticPromise.com with details of your Order Number and Reason for Return to be issued a Return Authorization Code.

  • You have 30 days from date of delivery to return the item to us.
  • Personalized Items cannot be returned.
  • All other returned items will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee, plus shipping charges incurred.
  • You must quote your Return Authorization Code on any returned items.
  • Customers should keep a copy of any shipping documentation and insure the value of the return / exchange item, as Celtic Promise cannot be responsible for lost items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your Exchange Policy?

Customers can return any unchanged and unaltered fine jewelry item in its original condition for another product through our simple, hassle-free return process.

Simply email us at returns@CelticPromise.com with details of your Order Number, Reason for Exchange and Details of Item you want in exchange, to be issued a Return Authorization Code.

  • You have 30 days from date of delivery to return the item to us.
  • Personalized Items cannot be exchanged.
  • Items that are exchanged for a different item are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee, plus shipping charges incurred. Any difference in price with the original order will be credited OR debited to your credit card.
  • You must quote your Return Authorization Code on any returned items.
  • Customers should keep a copy of any shipping documentation and insure the value of the return / exchange item, as Celtic Promise cannot be responsible for lost items.

Why will I be charged a restocking fee?

All of our jewelry is specially made to order when you make your purchase. A minor restocking fee is required to cover the expenses of our our designers and administration costs incurred by our distribution teams.

Our standard Restocking Fee is 15% plus any shipping charges incurred for a Returned Item, or 10% plus any shipping charges incurred for an Exchanged Item.

Why do I need a Return Authorization Code?

A Return Authorization Code is required to ensure that we are able to assist with any issues that you have with your purchase as soon as possible. Additionally it means that we can work on processing your returned item in a timely and error free manner as soon as your concerns are raised.

Why am I unable to return personalized items?

Personalized items have been specially hand crafted and personalized to meet your specific requirements. As a result, it is extremely unlikely that either Celtic Promise, or the designer, would be able to resell such items to other customers. Personalized items would need to be scrapped and re-made into alternative items requiring considerable work effort and costs.

We are always happy to assist with personalization requests - however please ensure that you check all spellings and special order notes when you receive your Order Confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns then please Contact Us.

I have lost my Returns Form. What do I do?

No problem. When you email us to get your 'Return Authorization Number', simply mention that you lost your returns slip. We will email you a new one that you can print off and complete to include with your return.

RETURNS ADDRESS

What is your Return Address?

The most efficient and cost effective Returns Address for your purchases will be provided when we send you with your Returns Authorization Code. We do this to ensure the most prompt returns service possible for our customers, depending on customer and designer locations.
