FINDING YOUR PERFECT RING SIZE
We always recommend that the most accurate way to determine your ring size is to have your finger measured professionally by a
jeweler and with a ring that is the same or similar millimeter (mm) width as the ring you are considering purchasing. Ring widths can
be found on our product detail pages.
BUYING A RING AS A SURPRISE
If you are unable to visit a jeweler, or are buying the ring as a surprise, you can use our handy, printable RING MEASURE GUIDE.
RESIZING
We are always here to help in any way we can. If in doubt, please Contact Us to confirm whether the ring you are considering purchasing can be resized. A small fee may be charged for the resizing service. Please note that this service is dependent on designer and ring style.

SHIPPING
As all purchases are handmade to order by our designers, and hallmarked for quality in Dublin Castle, then please note that it does take a little time to get the order to you. While we always work with designers to get orders to customers as quickly as possible, we do ask that you allow up to 20 business days for delivery of your order.

US / Canadian and EU orders are usually received within 15 business days or less.

Rest of World orders should allow an additional 5 days on standard delivery times.

We aim to deliver the highest quality products to our customers and hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you chose to return your order, please note that as this is a handmade to order purchase, we need to charge a 15% restocking fee + shipping charges, in order to help cover our basic costs.
